The Chicago Bears called it the “most meaningful step forward” in their stadium plans — notably omitting any mention of Illinois in their statement.
What is at Stake

- Indiana Offer: New stadium near Wolf Lake, 19-25 minutes from Soldier Field, lower 7% sales tax vs Illinois 10.5%
- Deadline: Soldier Field lease runs through 2033, but Kevin Warren promised groundbreaking in 2025
